Okay, right, but you haven't answered my question.
Did you make the .AIW?
Who made it?
Who made the track?
I just lost two afternoons fixing "Slovakiaring".
I'll check this one out, and then I will take a break from F1C, cause I need to
finish other stuff first.

Slovakiaring [FIXED] AIW
As I promised to Fan (F1CFan1804) in this thread,
https://wookey.forumotion.com/t415p30-f1cfan1804-s-tracks#18850
I was gonna take a look at his conversion of "Slovakiaring",
and I did.
I fixed the XPITIN, the Pit system, the Pit & Grid lights, and
then some.
PLEASE READ THE "Slovakiaring [FIXED] AIW.txt" FOR
DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS.
The only thing I couldn't fix is the "blank" textures (255 0 255) assigned
to the Marshals that are watching us, all around the track.
The reasons are that they are multi-textured, there are many Marshals,
and I don't even know which textures apply.
Other objects appear to be "black", means that they are assigned "blank"
textures, but I improved on whatever I could.
I even placed a PIT-SIGN

Re: FIXED or IMPROVED .AIWs for F1C
As promised, I'm uploading "Leipzig67", cause I can't find
a working link to download it, right now.
A very fast and joyful track, but the extremely high curbs
lead to a lot of DNFs.
Never mind, the track is aces.
Grab it:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/3ia2xjtug3hgxbn/Leipzig67.zip
I know I have to upload three or four more, but I don't know
where I put them :s
Like "City", for example.
I have F1C stuff in a lot of discs.
Ah, I'll find them, eventually.
You guys have any requests?
JF
***********************************************************************
UPDATE 1
=======
I found "HelenDirt" in my hard drive. I don't think it can be found anywhere else,
so I'm uploading that one myself.
The archive includes all the files from my "F1C FIXED AIWs by JimmyF Pt5.zip",
together with three asphalt road textures, in case you prefer that over the
dirt textures.
Track is fun and although it's motocross, DNFs are too few to mention.
Have a go at it:

I'm pretty sure Jalnervion made that, as well as the .AIWs (normal and reverse).
As you can see in this animation:
I managed to fix the Pit system and the [Grid].
I also straightened out some crooked WPs of the main path, and some other
minor improvements.
BUT, no matter what I've tried, the Timelines DON'T work, and the WPs have
such bad values that almost all of the AIs have lost wheels after two laps.
The Pits work. A couple of the AIs manage to stay alive :s
More details in the read me file, IF you care for such things...
Here's the file (at least now there's a Pit system and proper Grid):
http://www.mediafire.com/download/yywcx6kd9601dkb/2000_ARGBUE_1954_%5BCORRECTED%5D_AIW.zip
It's a WORTHLESS .AIW, from a lazy and ignorant track maker.

PS: Merry Christmas, and a happy NEW YEAR, everybody!

PS: Merry Christmas, and a happy NEW YEAR, everybody!
First of all, if you take time to learn about creting tracks with bobs track builder, you will discover that the aiw file is not created by me, instead this program, and yes, this program creates hatefull aiws, I don't know why, and later those aiws must be edited or created from zero again. There is a program to create good aiws in rfactor, this program is in the official Rfactor website, with tutorials, as I said some time ago. If you take time to learn how to use it, you can improve a lot the aiws files. Maybe you are too lazy to learn how to use it. I spent too much time to learn how to use those both programs. Here you can find this program: http://rfactor.net/web/rf1/devcorner/
It's called Waypoint and camera editing tools, and includes tutorial. As I said some time ago, you need a working rfactor version of the track and later when the aiw is done in rfactor you can convert easily to f1c, see my tutorial to convert rfactor tracks to f1c.
Second, I don't have the time you have to improve f1c tracks like you. I'm very gratefull for your work, but a liitle of respect would be good from you. The first time we had meet, I was desesperated searching for a new job, for that, I hadn't time enought. Later I had found a new job, and I had to work too much hours a day and too much work a week to keep my job. And now I'm very busy with my wedding in May next year. So if you can't understand, I'm so sorry, because I can't understand you either.
Third, This track was based in my 1953 Buenos Aires not improved yet, but laptimes count fine for me, Valerio did the reverse edition of the aiw, I don't know wich program did he used. I first make the track in google earth and with a program, I had exported the track to BTB with elevation data, but the elevation data is from google earth, and google earth elevation data is very bad, not realistic, this is why the elevation in converted tracks is very bad. The most of my tracks created by me are in a very earlier version, not updated, not improved graphics or aiw files. When I had some free time I Will start to improve the tracks one by one. So you demostrates that the ignorant are you. Will you be so lazy to learn about those programs too?
Anyways I respect you and your work, so Merry Christmas Mr. Perfect.

Hi Jimmy,
I have Carrera's version of Detroit, which looks much better than the 83-88 one, but have problems with immense stuttering, especially in qualifying.
I wonder is this AIW related or what?
Here's the AIW from the track, I'd really appreciate if you could take a look at it and see if there's something wrong with it.

Re: FIXED or IMPROVED .AIWs for F1C
here author of prison sochi.JimmyF wrote:DO YOU HAVE A WORKING Sochi?
ARE YOU SURE?
--------------
Or your Sochi is full of problems?
Well, this one isn't!
Actually, this wasn't working at all, and I FIXED it.
Check this out:
It's a very nice track with run-off areas (as opposed to another Sochi
that looks like a prison), and the only nitpick is that the 3d models for
the buildings have very simple textures, and I even had to edit a couple.
The other one, the "prison" Sochi, which I will cover after this one, has
the most gorgeous buildings, but a lethal error too, that I'm not sure I
can beat
Anyway, the one I am covering here can be found inside these two mods:
1) "F1SL 2014 v1.1"
http://redheroes.forumcommunity.net/?t=56184643
2) "F1 BMT 2014"
http://redheroes.forumcommunity.net/?t=56835904
Well, you have to subscribe first to RedHeroes
I haven't been able to find it individually, so I will post it here myself, and
I hope that Wookey will back me up, since these mods and everything
in them are available to anyone, and for everyone.
If I'm foul, I will delete the link.
So, here it is, "Russia/2014_Sochi", for those who don't have it:
***************************************
http://www.mediafire.com/download/pvbdhbvomdfuzpd/Sochi.zip
***************************************
The main path of the track is not flawless, I wanted to add groove so it
would be easier to stay on the correct path, but instead, I had to delete
some groove marks, cause they were standing up, like vertical, instead of
horizontal.
But it's a great addition for a 2014, 2015 season.
It's the only working Sochi I know.
Here's my work on the track, for those who recognize the track by it's _LOD
and know that they have it:

Enjoy, brothers & sisters.

The "prison" Sochi is this:
This too wasn't working, and I have corrected all mistakes, except one.
Teams 1 & 2 (which Pit closer to the XPITIN), freeze on their tracks
before the entrance to the Pits.
By moving the "Branch-Into Pitroad" WP a few times, I managed to make
teams 1 & 2 go into the Pits, but then team 3 freezes, or teams 4 & 5 are
crawling like snails on the Pitlane, etc
It doesn't depend on me. This extremely long Pitlane is faulty, WPs are
crooked here and there, and in the end, it depends on where the AIs
have their Pitboxes.
I don't think I can find solution for all teams. I will accept the lesser of
two evils. Too bad, cause although claustrophobic, it's faster than the
one I linked above, and the buildings are f***ing awesome
Here is the link for the track (on the 1st page), which is 100 Mb, but I
advice you to not try to load it, cause you'll get a CTD, anyway. Textures
are missing and you need to know which entries to add into the Terrain.ini
so you don't get stuck on the side of the road.
http://www.race4sim.com/category/f1c/tracks-f1c/f1-tracks-f1c/
Give me a few days to try and finish it, and I'll give you the whole work.
Well, 1 out of 2 ain't bad

Re: FIXED or IMPROVED .AIWs for F1C
Hi, Jimmy! Apreciate the work you are doing. For me good AIW is the key to awesome offline drive.
I have question regarding Valencia Street circuit. Used your AIW for Birkuc's track, it's much better in all aspects, but I noticed 1 bug with AI - when the pit-stops wave started the started crashing at the pit lane entrance. Have you encountered this problem before? Inserting the Printscreen of such crash.
