I would rather call your 731 a 721 and your 741 a 731 used for early 74 races. True 741 appears in "Champion du Monde" Album and features as suCh in your F1C download page

Vaillante 741
As you notice easily, 2 main aero configuration and position of radiators were used. One in Monaco and Watkins Glen, the other in the other races. Otherwise, the chassis underneath is probably the same and the Engine is still the Vaillante Flat 12.
