In my Wildest dream, Luigi and Dragonsteincole would team up to do all the cars for a "Michel Vaillant and guests" sub-Mod of Valerio Bortolotti's F1C VB

I just asked Claude Viseur, aka Clovis, who worked at Graton studio at the time. He allows us to think it was on purpose, as Ecclestone was not so popular. He indulged himself in transforming the BT45 into something "nasty".
