I could help you with some of these tracks.

Kaiserberg and Blue Mountain are already done by Lee67. You can find them here:

For the rest, I think I could do the Paris ePrix track for you. However, it can't be published soon. Because of forum policy it cannot be released before December 8, because it's under half a year old.

That same rule makes it hard to do Zandvoort already. This track is only a few weeks old, which means it is not allowed to publish it here for the next half year.

Karlsruhe is the only one of your requests that could be worked on right away, and so I think I'll take that as my next project. Be warned, I'm not that active anymore, so it could last a while.

Zandvoort 2017 sure not, because they are the many versions of Zandvoort track. "Electric Paris" I don't know. Maybe in the next year...

I've just converted "Zandvoort 2017" (but only GP layout; short variations aren't necessary) and I'm waiting for the permission from Neel Jani to the publishing my F1C conversion here...
