New realistic Tracks CAM

TV-style cameras for tracks. Many tracks still require cameras to be created from scratch. I will systematically add them here and expand the list of tracks with ready-made TV cameras.

I have a suggestion:

Should be the years added depending of the version of the track?

For example:

Magny Cours 1991

Monza 1976-1993

Barcelona 1991-1993

Interlagos 1990-1995 (1996-1998 has different pitlane)

One camera per track configuration, for short

I added the Montreal track so far only in the 1994-1995 version. I hope someone will use track cameras.
