Well ! consider it your "Easter egg" coming soon
Re: About Wookey story (comments and discussion)
I'm sorry for my laziness. I tried to run the next race, but my new computer doe not agree. Impossible to make F1C run on it. I'm going to have a look about what goes wrong.
Edit :
Never mind, I solved the problem in ten minutes this time, while I tried many times for no avail before. Divine surprise !

Small issue
Well,
I solved the main problems but I have still some annoying thing :
I usually work by putting the game in a window. Now, I can't do it.
IIRC, all I had to do is edit the Config.ini file from :
WINDOWEDMODE=0
to
WINDOWEDMODE=1
Since my new computer, this change is changed back every time I launch the game.
So I play in full screen, then when I get out the game, I verify the .ini and it is changed back to
WINDOWEDMODE=0
Any idea?

Thanks I did this and change to WINDOWEDMODE=1 then saved.
But it did not work
as soon as I run Config, or the game itself, it comes back to
WINDOWEDMODE=0
Re: About Wookey story (comments and discussion)
Next race will be Monaco. In Real Time Line, there was a struggle about the participation as the organizer wanted the number of cars limited to 20, and the F1 CA said "it's 25 or none". In the Wookey Story, things will be more complicated with the COEGPI (imaginary) teams offering a solution.
Let me mind about this and find a way to write the alternate story...
(suggestions welcomed, but I'll find a way anyway...)

The next race will be non Championship. In the real time line, that Gold Cup was mainly a F5000 race with those few F1 added :
To pump up the participation, some of these fictionnal cars will be added :

+ the great return of Chris Lewis (aka Cristian Luis), I still do not know how, probably on a Lotus.
I'm not sure which ones I choose, so your reactions are important to help me know who is still interested.
If someone new is motivated enough to provide some back story, I woill be pleased to offer him a slot too. There will probably be plenty of room on the Grid as those who will not comment within a week might be passing their turn this time.

Re: About Wookey story (comments and discussion)
Well not much reaction from the forum so far...
On the other hand, two old acquaintances are coming back from Facebook.
Chris Lewis, aka Cristian Luis, aka Odoru Higanbana gathered money from Motor Racing Stables and MADOM to fiels a BRM P153. He plans to participate in some races with the same engine bolted at the back of a Lola chassis. Details are not available so far.
and Paul Chiachierini alias OnMario bought Tyrrell 002 chassis with the help of Martini. The power comes from an Aston Martin Lagonda V8 initially developped for Sports Cars racing.
