...Agreed 100% and take it easy little by little. I have to do a lot of sponsors and i go to my own pace (and it depends how busy i am with work too) if you want to take a break take it. Don´t push too hard on yourself and sometimes is very helpful to stay away of some projects or social media. One thing that worked well with me it´s aside to not push too hard on me (or let other to push you) it´s enjoying your projects with humour and a good environment (music, food, memes...) even i got better performance in my everyday job.

Oh ! and please make some workout and sleep well, take it as a day by day. You´ll find that you really want, that´s for sure
