That's a nice cockpit, great work!
By the way, why does this Lotus have an ATS logo on the steering wheel?

Hi, Daniel9902.
Thanks for the comments. Great noticing, but let me tell you two things.
Lotus is still to be produced. This pic is from Derek Daly's March. It's all black this year, so that's why it looks like the JPS Lotuses. The second is I liked the wheel format, that's all. Not having found a suitable pic for the March cockpit, I put some pieces together. It will be away on the final version. It's one of those I "left to check at the last moment and forgot it" things. Again, thanks for pointing that out, anyway.
Best wishes.

And here I was, thinking it would be simple.
Thank you so much for finding the pics, Cristian.
I'll look around to see if I can find among my stuff a similar wheel to add.
I'm sure, however, I won't be any close to producing a similar dashboard.
From the looks of it, I can see what looks like a digital tachometer on top with leds indicating the rpm increase, along with an analogic tachometer in the middle, and, probably, a display showing the gears on the right.
I must confess I don't know the technology involved to do it, so anything incorporating these gadgets are out of question to me until I figure out how to add them (maybe in a 2.0 version of the mod in the future, who knows?).
Still, I'm really glad to finally see the inside of the car. Thanks a lot.
Best wishes,

Re: And how about 1981? :D
Three weeks since the last update. Things have been slow on my side, but the editing factory (aka neiln) has been working a lot on the cars. The 12th team is done on his part, only five now to go.
Even though I couldn't do much during the last three weeks, I've decided to post some pics so you know the beauties I have in the compliance line to work with at the moment.
For those who missed the update on the last page, here's a pic of Nelson Piquet, crossing the finish line in Las Vegas to become world champion for the first time.
Here's runner-up Carlos Reutemann on a training day in his home country, Argentina.
Surprising first pole-position of the year, here's Riccardo Patrese in Long Beach, ready for the first green light of the championship.
You can dance, you can jive and you can finish sixth place in Silverstone with 'Slim' Borgudd and his ATS HGS1/D5, scoring the only point for his team this season.
To finish, Luigi70's impressive rendition of the Ligier and Laffite's equally impressive victory in rainy Montreal, followed by John Watson and an unbelievable Gilles Villeneuve.
These are the cars I'll be working with for the following weeks, while neiln is working on Tyrrell.
We, then, move on to Fittipaldi, Lotus, Alfa Romeo and Renault, the last four teams to be done for the season.
Nope, no preview of a release date yet. Nope, no idea how close it is to the end.
More news whenever we have them, though. Stay tuned.
Best wishes.

To make shorter the waiting of more news of this fantastic work, I share a video about a race that I'm sure almost everyone has ever seen. Here it is the race that could have changed everything, the race which could have changed the final standings of the 1981 season, commented by the english legendary broadcaster Murray Walker.

Interesting and weird weekend, due to politic reasons that caused the absence of very important teams: Ferrari, Ligier, Alfa Romeo and Renault.
Pd. Awesome pics, this is a piece of art!

Yeah! And if you consider solely the points obtained for this race, Reutemann would have scored nine points and Piquet six, In the end of the season, Reutemann would have seized it by two points!! Now you tell me this season was not exciting! Maybe because of Villeneuve's death in 82 and so many drivers having won only one race and having the chance of getting the championship in the last race, some critics consider it very exciting and disregard 81 as... well... not as exciting.
Thanks for the link, Sudden.
Best wishes.
