This free software allows for very easy renaming of files by whole folders.
When you get pictures from another member of this forum, you can easily rename his files in your own format as long as he includes the race number at a fixed place in his filenaming, the way Vasko, Rob Ryder, Winners, me, and many others do.
For sure any picture is welcomed, but using a consistent file naming system allows for easy exchange and better enjoyment for everyone !
