I do not think it André Simon. In my opinion is the ing Rudolf Uhlenhault.

Why? The helmet is very similar to the Simon's helmet.

3 - the helmet
4 - Not Maserati. It's the Connaught's wheel.

Photo #2 - Titterington 1956

Photo #4 - Fairman (#30) and Leston (#18) 1957

Well, it's hard to know because both wore white helmets, but Uhlenhaut had a black band under the helmet:
