EA F1 series downloads database
A few years ago when racesimulations.com went offline me and some others came on the idea to relive racesimulations, well we tried it a couple of times.
The guys from race4sim.com tried it a couple of times and i re-uploaded twice all the stuff i had and received.
Though recently i, again, started to re-upload the downloads because i came in contact with the guys of bhmotorsports.com
Recently they did send me a lot of downloads and im still uploading those and other (Aprox 400GB).
It basically contains any download you could download in the past.

Re: EA F1 series downloads database
Oof, what a thump of nostalgia. And I'm relieved to see it's not one file thats 400GB in size. Although the site has taken 10 minutes so far just 'Retrieving Folder, I can't wait to nose through and see what has been unavailable for so long.
On a related note, was there ever an 'official' explanation as to what happened to Racesimulations? As far as I know, one day it disappeared, and then eventually Race4Sim cropped up a while later.

Are you sure this works? It's been taking 45 minutes to decode the folder. I think you might want to look at your link again, because it would be a shame if this awesome database couldn't be seen by the whole community. Could it be that the folder is too big to load? Maybe it will work if you split it up in 4 or 5 smaller folder with a separate link for each.

Thanks my friend, but your link is not working on my side. Might be too big a file?
Re: EA F1 series downloads database
I can't load this folder after more than 2 hours...

That's strange.
Here is another link. It's the same but renewed it. It isn't just one big file.

Look this is how it looks:
What happend with racesimulations. While there was an new racesimulations.com comming Ivo showed me lots of preview, even still have some. It looked promissing. But his hoast fucked it all up. So he almost lost all the downloads.

Ok, that second link will load up that folder almost instantly, so maybe there was something iffy with the first link. Either way, hopefully it's working for everyone now.
And that is a nightmare, regarding the site. All that destroyed for no good reason. And it's one that a lot of us here experienced before with Aerogi's forum.

Re: EA F1 series downloads database
I was on Racesimulations since the early days. It's such a shame the site disappeared.
I tried to convince Ivo to rebuild the site since racesimulations 2.0 was ready to be used.
Though he never did it, the files would be reuploaded pretty soon.
Such a shame such a great site disappeared. But all the sites from the golden age of EA F1 are gone.

It may be true that many forum created to speak only of F1C are gone, but we must consider that modern simulators attract like bees with honey.
Many kids brag about having computers hyper powerful and fit a description in their every comment as a badge of honor.
There is the possibility in forums to earn money based on the number of visitors over the adjoining publicity
, and this has generated a lot of interest in creating new forums which present only new simulators.
Despite this trend, there are still some forum or something like that still treat the F1C
, and I want to keep in mind that keep alive even a simulator of this age is not easy, but those who succeed us is certainly to thank.
