No, is weather recreation in GDB files, all sessions (all tracks from 1950 to 1982). Something I can teach as well, and where you have an algorithm

Hi Cristian,
To do that you have to have the correct information about each race and how was the weather on the day and weekend of the grand prix? In the .GDB file I have already seen this. Do you have this information here on the forum?

Re: F1 1987 MOD - WIP?
I've finished converting Pedro's 1986 cars, and it doesn't appear that he's released 1987. (And, as noted earlier here, who knows when that will be?) What's become of the mod discussed here? I looked around and think DRR 3.0 is by far the best version; I couldn't find a download but realized it's in Valpaso's All Seasons mod and pulled it out. If Kaps has done all the liveries I don't want to duplicate that effort, of course, but I also work on the physical models race-by-race, too, if that's needed. (I know Kaps doesn't like zmod.)

Re: F1 1987 MOD - WIP?
Hi Neiln, there are two mods from the 1987 season of rfactor. I do not know if you know.
The link mod, the cars are very well made. I compared it to the ones from the 1987 DDR mod.
The link is here: https://www.overtake.gg/downloads/rfactor-mod-f1-1987-he.25245/
thanks

Re: F1 1987 MOD - WIP?
Thanks for pointing this out. I had HE 3.0 in my rFactor installation, which is based entirely on the F1C DRR 3.0. I realized I'd once downloaded 2.6 and saved it on a portable hard drive, so I installed that to check it out. Isn't it just the Williams and Ferrari that are substantially different? When I was looking around recently to figure out what's happening with '87 I recall seeing an rFactor forum on an '87 mod, which must've been 2.6, where people observed that only two teams were different from DRR. I've only compared the McLarens, but the liveries in 2.6 are identical to DRR, and the .va file is pretty much the same except that there had been some work in a few places to reduce the number of faces. (I assume 3.0 went back to the old Williams because of the huge number of faces you illustrate.) Anyway, I'm not convinced that the rF 2.6 version really transcends others, but thanks for pointing out the possibilities there.

Re: F1 1987 MOD - WIP?
Hi Neiln, thanks for the response.
I analyzed and compared all .MTS of all cars.
Some parts of the cars in the DRR mod are the same or similar to those in the HE 2.6 mod. But if you look at the HE 2.6 mod cars they are more detailed in general (in my humble opinion). Some are different sizes. I didn't compare the liveries. If you want to take a look, the comparisons are at this link:

Thanks; you've persuaded me I should take a closer look.
