Bizarre CTD at mid race
Hi friends...
I never had this kind of things before.
I tested every car one by one at Kyalami 1970 and all works well.
Now, I start the race and all went smooth.... until the 4th lap out of 7. At this point the game CTD.
The trace shows :

I tried the ultimate control : using a totally different track that was tested and workd smoothly. With the same field of cars of course. Same result.

1) First of all the correct installation of the 1970 mod should be in CREWF1SEASONDATA (F1 seven system by team crew) and not in 1960SSEASONDATA (F1 sixties system by sam alex).
If you are playing with the CREW system, most of the CTDs should not appear to you.
2)MON25arms.bmp, 70SAF01arms.bmp, 701_3arms.bmp, 701_2arms.bmp,....
are the arms bmp.files that (if are missing) you can do it easily and then put in the various vehicles folders.(like 1970_P139-1970_505GULF - 1970_VAILLANTE - 1970_MT_701)
3)ALFAV8ENGINE_1A.INI
Is a file that is already incluse in the vehicles folder (CREWF1SEASONDATA-F1 Seven) in fact for the 1970s it is required (in addition to the SCS) for the McLaren Alfa Romeo too...

I hope this is not the case, my friend, but I read somewhere the aiw of some circuits can't handle more than a certain number of cars, normally around 35-36. This is due to the pit spots. If a car out of the pit limits tries to go in, this might be the cause for the crash. Try again with 30 or less cars and see if the error is replicated. Best wishes.
