I do, my friend. The install is missing the 1970DB.mas file in the Vehicles folder. Most of these missing files can be found there.
As an alternative, the car you're trying to load should point to this file on its .gen file and it doesn't. There on the .gen file, where it says MASFile=CDB.mas and/or MASFile=CMAPS.mas, add a line saying MASFile=1970DB.mas. Save the gen and try again.
I also noticed the absence of an ini file.

I hope this works for you. Don't forget to add ALFAV8ENGINE_1A.INI and its gear_ratios partner file either to the folder with the car itself or to the Vehicles folder. It won't load without it.
