It is only a comment and I agree with some answers. If they take Zandvoort 79 would be a good work base to achieve Zandvoort of the 80's, but of course the ideal would be to work with a good 3D modeling program, I have seen some, I do not know which program is normally used (3ds Max, Blender, etc)

For an old game like F1C,  to make a 3d objects  there is no need for a powerful 3D software (the game hate the high number of polygons).
Also, It takes less time to make a 3d chicane (Marlboro) than to modify an aiw file.
The rest of the track is the same as in 1979, nothingh more nothing less ...
