1978 Dutch GP & Watkins Glenn Jones raced with chassis FW06/02! (I think also Monza but I have no available info)
FW06 (chassis 03 & 05) were used by Williams work team also in 1979:

27 Jones - finnished 9th
28 Regazzoni - finnished 10th
Brasil:
27 Jones - retired - lap 33
28 Regazzoni - finnished 15th
South Africa:
27 Jones retired lap 64
28 Regazzoni finnished 9th
USA west:
28 Regazzoni retired lap 48
FW06 (chassis 03 & 05) were used by Williams work team also in 1979:
