Credits:

- rFactor LODS by Slomo (thanks a lot)

What I (ZWISS) did:

- GMT convertion to rFactor
- correcting light values and orientation in gdb
- cutting up many objects to make them smaller
- adding a few objects from older GPL version
- take many meshes out of the HAT
- make a simple shadow object for the Mercedes tower.
- change south curve, add moveable hay, so you won't get killed if you miss your braking point.

Issues:
=======
- textures could be improved
- FPS heavy track
- I get some flashing shadows just before the south curve

Please report any other issues or suggestions.

The GPL 50s version would be ideal ...

I am trying to contact the authors ( Oversteer or Eric Bourgouin) to get  permission to convert.
In case of difficulty, the 67's version already included in the mod.

..this morning I asked Eric's permission, if he doesn't respond within 30 days I could share   , clearly giving the right credits, as for our forum policy..

The track has been converted, after careful research I realized that the pits could not stay behind the North curve (there were buildings there)..

so I decided to bring them back to the original area...


but to allow the game the necessary maneuvers (access to the box, pit stop, exit from the box) I had to move back all the boxes ..

..now the most annoying job ... redo the aiw

I got a decent aiw with rFactor AIWCAM Editor, but as always while in rfactor the pitstop works fine, in F1C it doesn't
