Aha. Thanx for yer response, DSC! So the C.R.Ë.W./T.N.T. "race-by-race" 1979 mod didn't released yet? And where I can find the icons and team backgrounds inspired by C.R.Ë.W.'s F1 SEVEN for 1979 season mod, pls? I downloaded various 1979 mods, but none has these icons and backs...

As far as I know:

- There is no race-by-race mod for 1979.
- I've no idea where you could find CREW-style backgrounds for that year. I used to have the menu template with the left-hand design, but can't find that.
- The 1979 mod used this posted here: https://wookey.forumotion.com/t611-1979-mod I didn't have the mod myself, as far as i know this is the only mod, unless someone is able to correct me on that?

Wow! I want this Lotus' (and other 1979 teams) background and icons too, please! (I used in the 1979 mod the "teambacks" and icons from 1978 season.)

No. This is 7-8 hours work in Clip Studio Paint today, with the car coming from the 1978 GFX mod.

Thats ok. I did feel a little bad that your first assumption was 'stolen', however looking at them both I can see why, for two paints done in isolation (and I'm guessing a few years apart?), they are remarkably similar. Even to the icons, but that was me trying to follow the style of the '78 mod.

For the record, there are a few differences, mainly as I modelled from the SA car. The sponsors and Martini stripes changed quite a bit, so my logic was to find a car close to the date of the race and go from that. Also I couldn't get the right shade of green, so was a proxy.
