Re: rFTST
Yes its a Formula 5000 car. Look at the engine in the back, its not a DFV its a stock block Chevy.
Formula 5000s used to race in the Race of Champions and the Oulton Park Gold Cup in the 1970s along side F1 cars.

Re: rFTST
I think the Crew's mistake is due to these photos:

only in one, rightly, the yellow ocher color can be seen perfectly..
Edit: Marie, per il logo dempster puoi usare questa immagine, è più nitida..

Re: rFTST
It all started here... and then
We have to hurry, or we'll get late
Shall we take a photo of these models ?
But then it gets even later
What mother wouldn't want to see the city by opening the curtains of her apartment ?
Running, always on the move is this population
but the train is almost at its destination
I'm not talking about taking this train, the Galaxy Express 999 !
The Yamato ran in space... I still don't need it
It's not just the taxis that are yellow
however the race is about to begin
What did I tell you then? the yellow has already gone off
The race judge looks on worriedly
From the stands the view is excellent, don't you think ?
even mount Fuji seems happy
At least wait until you see the winner...
what can I say, I was so young that I only saw mom's skirt and her hand gripping mine tightly

Re: rFTST
As a child I had no idea how much the racing sport could interest me, even if a voice whispered to me that when I grew up I would certainly understand all this. I have always stopped to observe my objectives several times even if few actually started them.
All in all, even if for me these cars remain a way of communicating between reality and fantasy, I thought that sometimes we need to waste a few more minutes enjoying what we have compared to everything we would like to have...
Thank you very much Luigi known as "the Master", Edge and Villeneuve27

Restoration of the österreichring
The sponsors appearing in the images derive from the graphics package provided by Edge
I consider it my long restoration of a famous sports circuit from the 70s for the versions with Hella kurve chicane and without
Several parties in the starting area requested an almost new model in order to make the event more spectacular. The basic projects I drew on for my restoration are from the '70 and '75 versions distributed for rFactor many years ago.
The mapping on the guardrail of the Bosch kurve has been corrected and the central grandstand has been completely redone The cameras used are an improvement over the previous ones used for this circuit.
The Raiffeisen climb comes from the '75 version with a restoration based on the lightening of used polygons. The circuit including the lawn area has been remapped new.
Thank you for appreciating this whole project

Lola T370
The model in question is the successor to the Lola T330 also used by Guy Edwards. The restoration was a bit troubled to the point of suspending it to dedicate myself to the 1975 Hill Gh1 car. However, the pause generated some good results which I can now show. I resized the engine air intake in several stages by comparing it with some real photographs of this model, and now I am satisfied with the result.
Thanks villeneuve27, Konstantin and Edge
