Pre 1945 Grand Prix cars rarities and unraced project
1935
The Monaco-Trossi in Monza
The Tossi-Monaco had a 16 cyl. Star Engine. The Car was designd for the 750 kg Limit Formula by Carlo Felice Trossi and Augusto Monaco. It never raced. The Car had not enough Power (around 250 bhp) and never made it down to the weight Limit. Also the Handling was quite difficult. So the Car was just tested.
Today the Car is owned by the Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile
In 2011 the Trossi-Monaco was on Display at the Festival of Speed in Goodwood
