This photo is on page John Hendy and obviously it is not a Lotus 18. In my opinion it is a Cooper T51 or T45 (not T53) because it has the back of the cockpit with round shape.Wookey wrote:

In that race, the T51 of the Scuderia Centro Sud had engine Maserati and exhaust on the right.
I think it's the Tony Marsh's Cooper T45.
