Good Morning from Hockenheim,
when I look at the picture of #24, I think Ican read "Fred..." as the drivers name on the cockpit side.
Fredy Schnarwiler drove his March 802 with the entrant "Formel Rennsport Club" with number 24 in the 1980 races from Silverstone to Hockenheim.
So I think this picture belongs to 1980, but I don´t know the race track.
