Panoz DP01/DP09 with Halo

Can someone here make a fictional panoz dp01 (or its dp09 variant, used irl by Superleague) with Halo?
I have interest in try to make a fictional league and, to keep some resemblance with real life (where FIA mandates the Halo to all open wheel categories), i want to use fictional cars with halo equipped. I don't know how much difficulty would be to glue an Halo into such chassis (and even where to find any of these to edit)

Could you share here what kind of car? I would like to see how it's the car.
