Can someone add Halo's to the vanilla 1999-2002 cars?

Didn't need to make for every car, mostly for 2002 cars (i want to make a fictional category with 2002 cars).

Not really.

I want to make a fictional league using the vanilla cars (i dont want to reuse assets from other mods, mostly because they didnt follow basic conventions vanilla uses, like filenames, common meshes), but to make it "feel" modern i need to have HALO on the cars.
