New sounds F1 Challenge 99-02 - Help

What program can you create new sounds for F1 Challenge? I record sounds with a recorder, edit the file in Audiacity and unfortunately this sound cannot be heard

What sounds are you referring to? Engine sounds or race narration sounds?
The comments (names of the pilots) I started doing all the pilots since 1950, but I haven't finished them all yet.

I mean the sounds of the engine. Unfortunately, there is silence and I save them in WAV format
