Mod 1982? Are there any plans about this mod?

In fact, the mod 1982 by Neiln1 is the one I use for this year. I think it's the best one available, by far. Race by race, high quality cars (maybe a little bit heavy, that's true), and very well detailed.

Maybe the only thing that could be improved are the cockpits of the cars, but the rest of it is awesome. As a humble player and enthusiast, I highly recommend this mod.
(of course, I miss David Marques wheels in this mod, to have all 80s with the same type of wheels, but... as the author of the mod is different, it's something logical hehe)

Personally I love both Neil's and David's works. In the past I used to play seriously A LOT with the cars which Neil made for the old F1 Turbo Mod, I can remember always picking his cars of the RaceSimCentral forums where he always posted them and driving the hell out of these things.

I use the mod by Neiln as well, but to be honest, I expected someday the new one from David Marques. I find his mods of 80s and 90 just fantastic.

In my opinion, the 1980 MOD is the one that most needs an update, because its look is the same as the Mods of the 70s, especially the tires.
If Mod 1981 was updated, they could also update Mod 1980 to be all in the same style.

In fact the tires of Mod 1979 are very strange! They are different from other 70s Mods.
If someone repaired only the tires it would be great!
