Mind you, this is the original file straight forward taken from the very first F1C 1988 mod, if I'm right this version also has the grid positions after the La Source hairprin but you will start at the straight before the La Source hairpin. I know this one is not perfect and I never took the time to actually make this one perfect despite it's quite easy to do but if you just want to experience finishing a race at Spa after the La Source hairpin, the file above is definitely something you'll need to install!

Oh and by the way... If I'm right, carrera.4's version of Spa-Francorchamps 1988 is actually based on F1C's Spa so I wouldn't completely rule out that the XFINISH.MTS file in the Spa version I posted above might actually work with C4's Spa track as well.
