Re: 1978 Montreal
Thanks for the link, I checked it before. However, Casino chicane in 1978 and 1979 does not seem the same.

Re: 1978 Montreal
I'm not sure (yet), but... probably the Casino chicane is the same from 1978 to 1986.
According to the image you shared united1987, where I see a big difference is in the corners just before the Island Hairpin.
When you come by the straight (the main straight that is today), in the available F1C version (also according to F1 Stats), there's a left handed chicane before the hairpin.
But in your pic, there is a little "right-left-right handed" corner.
I've never seen that before even if I search 1978 footage, that corners are like they are in existing F1C version.
Do you know to which year it belongs this layout?

Re: 1978 Montreal
mybe the difference consists in the small modifications of these two curves...

Hi Sudden,
Thanks for jumping in! According to Racingcircuits.info 2 turns have been modified for 1979:
Casino chicane
Turn 6 (in today's layout, however, there is no name of that corner)

Re: 1978 Montreal
Those tiny differences are not big deals! I wondered if that layout exists for F1C or not
