De Lacrowe wrote:Considering that you have collaborated with Cherry for the 83-84-85-88-89-90 mods I am very surprised by the statement that you have released but in any case I respect your person. I do not have F1C and therefore I cannot verify the correction of the previously suggested parameter, so I hope that among those who play this season they have the desire to try to set the parameter inserted in the .HDV file
As far as I know, GraphicalOffset is a parameter whose comment proclaims that it doesn't affect vehicle physics. Does it really work in the HDV file?
In CMT mods, the parameters appears like this:
GraphicalOffset=(0.0, 0.0, 0.0)
The physics in CMT mods are created by a group of engineers, with Carlos as the leader. One of them is a doctorate student in Physics. Of course, that doesn't mean that they don't do mistakes. They do it most of the time due to limited experience with some specific parameters regarding functionality, which I correct and design principles to make them work with it. (I am not an engineer. Just an F1C old dog from 2007 These people started 10 years later).
CMT 2018 v2.01 is, for the moment, the only mod with synchronized physics (which means that the AI works regardless of the weather conditions and difficulty, and they do realistic lap times to its real-life counterparts due that everything that affects physics and AI works in harmony). 2017 and 2019 will come in March.

Oh. Hello Guys !
I'm new here, also i´m a Constrictor Modding Team member. I gather all possible data from 1988 to 1998 to upcoming CMT mods.
I would like to thank Cherry and David for their AMAZING work, i'm a big fan for their work, especially recreating my F1 favorite era (Eighties and early nineties) You're amazing ! And thanks for this 1986 mod (one on my favorite years)
Thank you guys !

Means that he is part of a group of this project. CMT is short for Constrictor Modding Team. As far as I know the group has more than 15 members and many collaborators, (including modders from extinct F1C groups such as SL and VMT, and others active such as VB and Anniversary). Former Race4Sim founder (who now works for rF2) was there as well. It's main members are engineers and ex-engineers. That includes Edge.
Now they are recreating 1988-1998 thanks to DavidMarques permissions. Physics and usability are the strongest points of their mods. I can guarantee that the completeness they present is unique. I never have seen a mod with no critical problems; even the original game had them in circuits such as Monaco. It's AI doesn't crash and lap times are surprisingly realistic is you ask me. I joined them and fixed some AIWs, like Jerez and all 1989 tracks (garages now host 39 cars on all circuits).
Carlos Campos is the leader of the project.
I short words: he belongs to what is probably modding team with the most potential.

Re: F1 1986 Season
Hi to all!
I need a little help with 1986 skins, hope somebody can help me. I need a help with highlited sponsors. The first one is Allen Berg's car in Adelaide. I can't recognize that yellow logo behind cockpit.
The second one is the same car driven by Alex Caffi in Monza. I have a trouble with logos under his surname.

Re: F1 1986 Season
Hey guys. V1.1 has been released with a few fixes, race specific liveries and correct race-by-race events in the GBD files. Thanks to Konstantin for the high quality liveries and Schumacher180 for the updated GDBs. Link on first post

Re: F1 1986 Season
Not for now as I'm overwhelmed with other projects. V1.1 was pretty complete though. What else is needed?
