Long time ago, in an other millenium, a very young lad was asked to choose a nickname to connect on Minitel, French ancestor of the Internet.
Instinctively he chose it as "Wookey", having never seen it spelled correctly and knowing the name only by ear.
Today, Peter Mayhem, who impersonated Chewbacca, the Wookie passed away.
May he rest in peace amongst the stars.
