You are right. But there is no car with start number 20 at Jarama in 1967 Spanish Grand Prix.

Team Lotus had entry #17 with no driver nominated (some sources have Soler-Roig with this number).
Soler-Roig negotiated with Lotus to purchase one of their Lotus 48's and practiced as #20. The purchase did not happen and Soler-Roig did not start.
