The car behind Pedro in the Protos looks like #32 Moises Solana in the Team Lotus 48.

You are right. But there is no car with start number 20 at Jarama in 1967 Spanish Grand Prix.

Soler-Roig negotiated with Lotus to purchase one of their Lotus 48's and practiced as #20. The purchase did not happen and Soler-Roig did not start.
