Problems with update patches for VB

I've been trying to update the VB game since last October. The 17.0.2; the 17/F.1 and the 17/F.1.2 patches all download ok but won't unpack. I've downloaded each file several times now but in trying to unpack, I always get told of a corrupted file. I've tried Win-rar and 7-zip and all on different PCs but every file is the just same. I just tried one of the 17.0.2 files again to make sure: still don't work. I've re-tested all the previous update files and they all open alright. I can't be the only one with this problem? Suggestions welcome.

Come on chaps! 83 views and no-one has any advice or suggestions?

Being an old fart, I'm not on, nor know little about facebook, but my friends daughter does, so I'll shall try making contact through her; although this may take a while. However, as this topic has had over 300 views, I'm truly surprised that no-one else has, a) already encountered this problem or, b) out of curiousity, downloaded any of the said files and opened them: ie; tested my predicament.

The files could be opened with 7zip file manager and winrar, few people have matters
