Is it somebody would have information on this project of formula 1 Brazilian?

This is the FEI X9, designed in 1974 by industrial engineering college professor Rigoberto Soler to represent Brasil in F1. Unfortunately, the project didn't advanced beyond the prototype stage, mostly due to lack of financial support.
