Can someone please make this custom futuristic F1 concept?

It's a pre-concept of how F1 would look like in 2017 (its actually better than the real design).

Could be just one car, for basis for another modders.

Sorry, I dont know how to model cars from scratch.

Maybe any user from F1 SuperLeague 2017 (Dani Motoro, for example) or F1 Mania RU could help you.
