The Lotus 93T spare car was in full JPS livery at the British Grand Prix.
The only time I can find a Lotus 93T with 'TL' on the front and not 'JPS', also the line of laurels, is the 1983 Race of Champions.
The spectators look too warm for it to be at Brands Hatch in March!

My guess is that it is NOT the 1983 British GP but Elio doing a demo somewhere else....
