very sad news

Merci Eric to have taken the heavy burden. I was neither able to tell it, or come back here without telling.

My son is some bright thing there, now.

Thanks to each and every one of you that reacted. Some of your words are wonderful. Other might seem too simple or awkward, but I understand them as the difficulty to express such overwhelming emotions in such difficult circumstances.

Thanks even to those who felt too shy or speechless to react but felt something for the terrible loss I'm living through.

Thanks to all posters that made this forum live on without his founder for some days, this is the best testimony I built with your help something worthy here.

As usual after a while out, I will need some time to fully retake my place as administrator and serial poster. But I sincerely think that sharing my passion of motor racing as before will be one of the little stones that will help me rebuild my life. I will resume immediately to update my collection which is also one of the "back copies" of this forum that would allow us to restart it in case of a "Aerogi-like" Catatrophy. This will probably takes some time, I see you all worked hard !


A special thank, again to Eric, for his support in the first days of that terrible ordeal, and to one of our rarest, yet most distinguished members Felix Muelas who came in person to support me and my family. It was the first time we met in person after years of internet exchange. My eyes are still wet days after for this wonderful and warm surprise.

These flowers are for you all, I chose them amongst my son's preffered species. I also send a picture of the Cedar of Lebanon I planted for his birth. This Cedar will live longer then any of us.

Terrible news. My feeling is with you and with your family.

While i do not know you and your family, i am sadly not stranger to loss and know that it is always a difficult time for one to lose a loved one, even more when the loss is so close to your heart.

My sincere condolences to you and your family, and i pray for your son to be at peace in Heaven.

I tried to put Wookey and his son in the old Paul Ricard circuit for F1C as part of the paddock crowd. My intention was to give this to him as a tribute and private present. But I couldn't find a full body photo of father and son together.

I just read about this sad news. I also believe that there is no greater pain in life than the departure of a son .
