In fact these two photos shows two different chassis!
On b/w photo (car without start number) is THE DEMONSTRATOR - car built on base of old Tyrrell 007 (1974) chassis. This demonstrator was for example not able to drive full distance of race as it had only 1 fuel tank for comparative 007 vs. P34 test laps.
On the full colour photo is the 1st real prototype built as new racing car with 3 fuel tanks during demonstration on Race of Champions 1976. Jody Scheckter made some training laps there but started with old 007 there.
In fact these two photos shows two different chassis!

It was the 1976 International Trophy at Silverstone. I know because I was there and I took the photo

Correct - I always confuse these two non-championship races in the beginning of the european season!
