1981 March 812 H ( hillclimb) # 1 only car built for hillclimb powered by BMW M12-7 engine sold by factory to Frenchman Bernard Delage

Bernard Delage' March 812 (Le Mont-Dore 1982). The chassis is a 813 F3 and I think that the engine is a Hart.
