Updated skins for F1 Challenge VB: 1976 McLaren M23 and Penske PC3 (Little fix)

I noticed that in the 1976 part of the F1 Challenge all Seasons mod that the country flags on Jochen Mass' and Boye Hayje's cars were upside down. I edited their skins so that the flags are right-side-up now. Just drop these .mas files into the corresponding car folders (In "SeasonData\Vehicles\1976." The Penske file goes in "Kojima76." )
