Hey Lee!

The F1C logo is inside the folder "Options," inside the "Options.mas,"
and the name of the file is "LOGO_LOD.bmp"

Of course, if you are using a mod, it might be different, but anyway
you will find it if you search the .mas files with the "MAS Studio2002
v1.42" by Locutus.

I hope you have all needed programs. If not, download this file I put
together:

http://adf.ly/246619/http://www.mediafire.com/download/vcpewa1mmazc9rf/F1C_neededPrograms-courtesy_JF.rar

1) Backup the file "Options.mas" (if you want :s)

2) Open the file "Options.mas" with the "MAS-Explorer v2.12"
by Virtua_LM and extract all of it's files into an empty folder.

3) With any paint program, paint the whole "LOGO_LOD.bmp"
with 255 0 255

4) Put it back in the folder with the rest of the files, and create
an new "Options.mas", and put it back inside the "Options" folder.

Now it will never show up again Smile

(BTW, I have included simple instructions on how to create
a .mas file, not that people won't figure it out by themselves,
of course).

------------------------------------------------------------------------|

As for the custom speedometer, its files must be inside the "Vehicles" folder.

I have no experience with those, but I've checked a couple ones which
where edited by Jalnervion and if memory serves, their files must be inside
the "Vehicles" folder.

If you find where they are, just paint the textures of the tac that you don't
need with 255 0 255, cause if you try to remove files, I'm sure the game
will crash. You must remove the whole thing.

I don't know where exactly are the coordinates so that you can move the
needle. If you can get in contact with Jalnervion, I'm sure he will have an
idea on how to move that thing altogether, and individually.

Hope that helps!

JF

Hi Valerio,
but I can't use your mods or cars, because they don't work separately. And I don't have got all the seasons...
Best regards,

Working on pathfiles and filters for both cars and tracks is a good start to play Valerio's cars independantly. However, his Mod is great, and I suggest all those who can to use it, unless they are "race by race freaks" like me.

Personnally, I uses VB Mod to discover new years, then edit it race by race "à la CREW" for my own use. This is not too much work, usually.

It will be in done in next 3-4 patches I think
