Wookey, I have no proof yet but I think it is Stewart in the Lotus 43 (it looks like him to me).
Stewart was driving for BRM and could have taken a few practice laps in the Lotus to compare the engine (a BRM).

Just some remarks, for what it's worth:
The BRM's had the new type H16 engine aboard, both Lotus's had the older (double-eight) type.
In the Stewart picture, it has stuck to me, the Lotus has the engine side covers and only one water pipe outside of the cockpit; comparing with the #7 of Clark (and also the #8 of Hill), where it has two water pipes.
So the Stewart photo might have been taken on the first practice day (Thursday was a cooler day).
