The car is F2 but the race was F1/F2 ... BRM, Lotus, Cooper & Rob Walker teams were all there....Wookey wrote:vasko13598 wrote: BARC 200, Aintree: #10 Brabham

Thanks Rob, and thanks also for your excellent 2008 serie.
So that makes our (and my) second picture for this race.

Monaco 1958
Thanks to Stanford, it is possible to try to look into the Scuderia Centro Sud cars.
Horace Gould
Should have #42; but still looking for a photo with #42.
Was #48 as here:

But Gerino Gerini drove also this car:

Gerino Gerini
Was also #48, perhaps 48 A (for a moment)

But Horace Gould drove also this car:

Here the different painting of the number on the nose, Gerini driving:

Monaco 1958
#50 The Third car of Scuderia Centro Sud for Luigi Taramazzo
During first practice the numbers were white on the silver car (not easy to read in the sun) Stanford
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Later the numbers were painted black, the white number can still be seen on the front under the black
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
#50 was also given here and there to Ken Kavanagh and his red 250F. Some years ago Kavanagh stated to TNF that he was not at Monaco.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
It was also written that Horace Gould also drove #50 during practice. No evidence.
