Some sources have #22 as Mike Oliver's entry, but Motor Sport Magazine say that Les Leston practiced the car but that technical problems led to it's withdrawal after practice...
Even though he was on the Entry List I can't find any record of Mike Oliver actually driving the car at Silverstone.
