I don't think Tyrrell had a spare car at Zandvoort in 1976, only P34/04 for Jody and P34/02 for Patrick.

Rob, you are right: no spare car for Tyrrell at Zandvoort (MotorSport October 1976 issue).

The tape on Patrick P34/02 is part of the repair job done after the Austrian Grand Prix as reported by Denis Jenkinson in Notes on the Cars at Zandvoort (MotorSport October 1976 issue).

Guys,

Patrick's P34 had damage of the RIGHT side of the nose part from Austria so the tapes applied on the LEFT side of the nose part have no relationship to that damage! It is visible also both on the left and right sides on available photos. So that had to be some kind of "field modification" of the nose part. I saw also photos from Holland WITHOUT these tapes so I think this was an experimental modification.
