I Coupe Robert Benoist. It was the first race of the Day.

Just as an explaination. There was three Races at this Day in Paris. For Two of the Race I found an entry list. For the Third I coul´nt find anything with Starting Numbres. For me it didnt matters in witch order they started the races. But you did understood me without my exlplaination anyway

C'est en France, le 9 septembre 1945, (une semaine seulement après la capitulation du Japon) que se déroule la première course automobile de l'après-guerre. La dernière course en Europe (la Targa Florio) avait été en effet disputée le 23 mai 1940 tandis les 500 Miles d'Indianapolis avaient mis un terme définitif à toute compétition le 30 mai de l'année suivante.

It was in France on September 9, 1945 (just one week after the capitulation of Japan) that the first post-war automobile race took place. The last race in Europe (the Targa Florio) had indeed been contested on May 23, 1940 while the 500 Miles of Indianapolis had put an end to all competition on May 30 of the following year.
