He went off entering the Stadium, moving away some blocks (not concrete blocks!! ) but, did he get injured??

Slightly.
He got a bump on the head by the polistyrol blocks. That may not sound like a hard thing to get on your head, but while going at least 200 km/h it is hard!
He only had contact with those blocks and as you can see, he lost both wings, and both front suspensions were broken too!
