Encore une nouvelle réglementation cette année. La cylindrée est totalement libre, mais la consommation va être placée sous haute surveillance. Une dotation de quatorze kilogrammes de carburant et de lubrifiants est attribuée à chaque concurrent.
C’est sur le circuit de Mans, quinze jours après les inamovibles « 24 HEURES du MANS », que se dispute la course. Les concurrents effectueront trente sept tours du circuit de 16,360 km.
Bugatti joue le jeu et engage des 35 B étrangement affublées d’un réservoir de carburant cylindrique à l’arrière évoquant les bolides des années dix. Peugeot engage deux 174 S, leurs participations et les bonnes prestations enregistrées lors des courses d’endurance incitent la marque à engager ces voitures dans ce Grand-Prix de l’ A.C.F. L’équipe Ballot et plusieurs indépendants, complètent la grille de départ.
Le premier à passer la ligne d’arrivée est le pilote William Williams Grover au volant d’une Bugatti Type 35B. Il est suivi par André Boilot qui roule en Peugeot et ensuite par les deux pilotes de l’usine Bugatti, Caberto Conelli et Albert Divo, ainsi que les privés Robert Sénéchal et Robert Gauthier au volant de leur Bugatti.

Another new rule this year. The cubic capacity is totally free, but the consumption will be placed under close surveillance. An allocation of fourteen kilograms of fuel and lubricants is allocated to each competitor.
It is on the Le Mans circuit, fifteen days after the irremovable "24 HOURS of LE MANS", that the race takes place. Competitors will complete thirty-seven laps of the 16.360 km circuit.
Bugatti plays the game and engages 35 B strangely decked out with a cylindrical fuel tank at the rear evoking the racing cars of the 1910s. Peugeot is entering two 174 S, their participation and the good performances recorded during endurance races encourage the brand to enter these cars in this A.C.F. Grand-Prix. The Ballot team and several independents complete the starting grid.
The first to cross the finish line is driver William Williams Grover at the wheel of a Bugatti Type 35B. He is followed by André Boilot who drives a Peugeot and then by the two Bugatti factory drivers, Caberto Conelli and Albert Divo, as well as the privateers Robert Sénéchal and Robert Gauthier at the wheel of their Bugatti.
