New 1984 Race-by-race mod--done right

I appreciate all input on the accuracy; I've always missed my collaborator on 1981, Daniel, who caught these things. As for the last issue, the green color for Alfa Romeo, I have always stuck with Pedro's original colors even though they're often extremely dark. Unless you've tried it yourself, you have no idea how much chaos is induced by trying to change liveries wholesale with something like Photoshop's bucket fill. I also always thought I would just honor what Pedro intended, too.
