Youtube downloads

Hi
I am looking for a reliable & safe website to download youtube videos as MP4 and audio as MP3.

Failing that does anyone know/use reliable (free) software that will do the job?

Up to this time I have always used https://www.converto.io/en but this week it stopped giving me a download option and just stopped at the 'Converting' screen.

I use atube catcher, the only problem is that you have to disable the antivirus from the time it is downloaded until the installation is finished, you also have to be careful because in one of the windows that appear when you install it they ask if you want to install other programs.
