1979 Monza problem

The problem is with AI pit-stops.
When they take their 1st stop, before middle of the race, they go for pit-stops some 4-5 laps in succession, lap after lap!
I believe this is related to the 1979_Monza.scn file, rather than the aiw file, but, for the life of me, I can't figure out what is wrong.
Any ideas?

Seems like wrong physics or wrong AIW file. Or maybe a combination of the two.
Could be the xfiles as well. I usually do a lot of testing in each area so I can catch the problem and then proceed to fix.
